Aerial Work Truck

An aerial work truck refers to a special vehicle that transports workers and equipment to the site and performs aerial work. Aerial work trucks are also called mobile lifting work platforms, which are usually used for temporary and flexible maintenance, construction work, fire evacuation, and other purposes, which are different from permanent equipment such as elevators. The workload is relatively small, usually not more than 1 ton, which is different from cranes. The working surface used for under-bridge maintenance is lower than the road surface where the work platform vehicle is located.

As a special type of work vehicle, aerial work trucks can generally be divided into four basic forms according to the form of their lifting mechanism: telescopic arm type (straight arm type), folding arm type (crank arm type), vertical lifting type, and mixed type. Further classification can be divided into scissor-type aerial work trucks, self-propelled hydraulic lifting platforms, telescopic arm aerial work trucks, crank arm aerial work trucks, cylinder aerial work trucks, etc.

The hydraulic chassis of the aerial work platform vehicle is a self-propelled aerial work platform vehicle with completely independent intellectual property rights. Structural Characteristics Of Different Types Of Aerial Work Truck

Cranked arm (folding arm) aerial work vehicle: 
The arm is composed of an upper arm and a lower arm, and the working bucket is balanced by a pull rod, which can cross obstacles for aerial work. It has a compact structure, flexible steering, relatively simple functions, and convenient maintenance.

Straight-reaching aerial work vehicle: 
It adopts a multi-stage telescopic arm, a high working height (14~43m), a large working range, a small overall size of the vehicle, and a fast speed to reach the working point.

Hybrid aerial work vehicle: 
It adopts a combination of a crank arm and a straight extension or a double crank arm and double telescopic form, which is suitable for working conditions with a certain degree of difficulty in crossing.

Scissor-type aerial work vehicle: 
It adopts a scissor-type horizontal mechanical structure. The lifting platform has good stability after lifting, and the working platform is wide, which can accommodate several people working at the same time. It is suitable for occasions with compact space and a large working bucket carrying capacity.

Emergency Flameout Device
