Working Principle Of Dust Suppression Vehicle
The dust suppression vehicle mainly uses the linkage between the hydraulic system and the electronic control system, that is, the mobile spraying equipment injects the spraying liquid into the liquid storage tank at the liquid distribution station and moves to the spraying point by itself; when the train passes, the photoelectric detection system begins to identify the traction locomotive. After the traction locomotive passes, a signal is sent, and the operator controls the transmission hydraulic system to rotate the liquid distribution pipe orthogonal to the carriage, and starts the liquid pump to start spraying. And adjust the liquid pump flow to meet the designed spraying standard. The photoelectric detection system sends a signal to the PLC between the train hooks and controls the stepper motor or servo motor to rotate the masking roller through the transmission connection device to stop spraying and spraying operations. When the train passes completely, the device stops spraying.
