Sprinklers are generally used for cleaning roads, watering plants, cleaning buildings, firefighting, and other purposes, such as flushing, dust removal, cooling, and other functions. Sprinklers are also called sprayers, multi-functional sprinklers, gardening sprinklers, water tankers, and water trucks. At the same time, they can be used as temporary emergency fire sprinklers, and each sprinkler is equipped with a special fire interface. The engine drives the gearbox, and the power take-off installed on the gearbox drives the sprinkler pump. The sprinkler pump generates the main power to spray the liquid inside the tank through the pipe network. Self-priming height: ≤7m, sprinkler width: ≥20m, maximum range: ≥28m; can be adjusted into a columnar shape, with a range of ≥28m; can also be adjusted into a mist shape, with a range of ≥5m. Working Principle Of Sprinkler Truck

The sprinkler truck uses the engine power of the vehicle to drive the vehicle-mounted sprinkler pump through the power take-off, adding water to the vehicle from the water inlet or transporting the water in the tank to each nozzle through the pipe, thereby realizing various functions.
Before the sprinkler pump works, the liquid stock in the pump must be higher than the pump shaft, so the pump inlet must be connected to an upward curved pipe and then a horizontal pipe and a quick connector. The center line of the quick connector must be 300 mm higher than the center line of the pump shaft; the inlet pipeline system must be guaranteed to be airtight; the suction head of the suction pipe must be immersed in water to prevent air from being sucked into the water pipe; when the outlet pipe is connected to the pump outlet, the straight pipe length must be ≥200 mm before connecting the curved pipe.
The sprinkler pump adopts an external mixing self-priming structure, and an appropriate amount of liquid should be stored in the pump. After the pump is started, the impeller rotates, and a negative pressure is formed at the impeller inlet. The gas in the suction pipe mixes with the liquid in the pump and enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the extrusion chamber. Due to the difference in specific gravity between gas and liquid, the gas is separated from the liquid and discharged from the outlet pipe. The liquid sinks in the gas-liquid separation chamber. After multiple cycles, the gas in the suction pipe is completely discharged and filled with liquid. The self-priming process is completed and the pump begins to deliver liquid normally.
The sprinkler pump can absorb water and pressurize drainage. The self-priming pump can directly absorb the water from the pond into the tank body, or it can be directly connected to the fire hydrant on the city street to inject water into the tank body for sprinkler operation.

The Structure Of The Sprinkler Truck

1. Tank body
Structure of water tank body of water sprinkler: The tank body is elliptical and made of steel plate. The water tank of the whole vehicle tank body is 2-3 chambers. There is a through hole at the lower end of the middle partition. The partition inside the tank has a wave-proof effect. To reduce the impact of the liquid in the tank when the car is driving. 2. Tank mouth
Tank mouth assembly: The large cover is fastened to the tank neck plate by bolts, connected by a support pin, and a small cover of the guard plate. 5. Ball valve
The water pump uses two two-way ball valves and one four-position three-way ball valve. The ball valve consists of a valve body, a sealing gasket, an adjustment seat, a valve stem, a handle, etc., and the handle is turned 45. Under the action of the valve stem, the ball core rotates. When the through hole is aligned, the liquid can flow. When the handle returns to its original position, the liquid flow is cut off. The four-position three-way ball valve is a ball valve that forms a multi-way liquid channel by changing the position of the valve core. The valve can quickly change the direction of the liquid flow and can be widely used in non-corrosive medium liquid flow. Its principle is basically the same as that of the two-way ball valve. It also realizes the opening and closing of any two holes by turning the position of the handle.

6. Sprinkler
The vehicle is equipped with a duckbill nozzle or round-head nozzle in front, a cylindrical sprinkler nozzle or shower nozzle in the back, and a working platform at the rear, equipped with a water cannon. Eight nozzles can also be installed at the rear (optional).
