How Asphalt Distributor Truck Works
The basic working principle of the asphalt spreader: First, add the asphalt required for construction, start the combustion and heating system, heat it through the heat transfer oil circulation, and keep it warm before working. Calculate the construction vehicle speed according to the spraying amount, calibrate the vehicle speed, calculate the asphalt pump speed, and simulate the control operation. Asphalt tank
It consists of an inner tank, insulation material, an outer shell, a partition, a combustion chamber, an asphalt pipeline in the tank, a thermal oil pipeline, a gas cylinder, a refueling port, a capacity meter, a decorative plate, etc. The tank body is an elliptical cylinder, and the inner and outer layers are welded by steel plates. The space between the two layers is filled with aluminum silicate insulation material with a thickness of 50 to 100 mm and is covered with stainless steel plates. There is a sink at the bottom to facilitate the asphalt in the tank to be completely sucked out. There are 5 mounting feet at the bottom of the tank body that are welded to the sub-beam and then fixed to the frame. The outer layer of the combustion chamber is the thermal oil heating chamber, and a row of thermal oil heating pipes are installed at the bottom. The capacity meter is used to indicate the level of asphalt in the tank.
Power transmission system
