Working Principle Of Synchronous Chip Sealer

The hydraulic system of the synchronous chip sealer is driven by a full-power power take-off. Asphalt spreading is controlled by the electric and pneumatic control system to control the flow of the asphalt pump and the opening of the asphalt valve, and then sprayed onto the road surface through the pipeline, post-spray, and nozzle; gravel spreading is controlled by the electric and pneumatic control system to control the lifting of the hopper, the speed of the spreading roller, the height of the material door opening, the number of material doors opened, and the angle of the diverter plate. Gravel is evenly spread onto the road surface through the hopper-material door-spreading roller-diverter plate-lower slide. The two working systems are controlled by the main control computer to accurately calculate various data of the construction operation to achieve a perfect combination of gravel spreading and asphalt spreading.
